Every member country can apply to host the annual meeting. A letter of application must be sent to the Secretariat. The letter will be have details about:

The agreement between EAAP and the local annual meeting organizers contains all details to best organized the event. The main agreed topics are:
The agreement is made mainly of fixed parts and some flexible part that is product specifically to accommodate to local conditions. When a member proposes to organize the annual meeting, he will receive an update draft agreement.
The summary of the LoA for hosting the EAAP Annual Meeting can be requested to EAAP Secretariat (email@example.com) by anyone interested to organize the meeting.
