Special issue Animal “Sustainable livestock systems for high-producing animals”

EAAP is proud to announce that the Special issue of the journal Animal entitled “Sustainable livestock systems for high-producing animals” is now published on animal journal by Elsevier. This supplement issue seeks to identify and describe the scientific and technical approaches that may contribute to reduce the footprint of intensive and semiintensive livestock systems of production in the high
producing species (mainly for meat, milk and eggs), as well as the challenges and trends over the next 2–3 decades. EAAP and WAAP actively supported the production of this interesting issue.
